Happy Wednesday NYH -

I’m sure we are all getting anxious for the beginning of the school year and hockey season. Hopefully the NHL playoffs are satisfying a bit of the ”urge” to get back on the ice - or maybe just fueling it??

A couple of quick reminders as we head into August. First - as our previous emails indicated, Mite registration is now open (birth years < 2012). For those of you who waited until now to register your older kids to get the sibling discount, please make sure you are reviewing the final registration page before you checkout- discounts should be applied there. Spring credits can also be applied at checkout using your discount code. For any questions regarding codes or sibling discount, please email us at info.navyyouthhockey@gmail.com

Second, our virtual LockeRoom training is still going on through the end of next week. Look for some changes as we transition closer to the start of the season regarding training format.  The log on and training are for 2020-2021 season registered members and password/schedule can be found in your SE chat. If you have not downloaded the Sports Engine app, it’s an easy way to get quick, up-to-date information for your team(s). Thanks to Ashley and Kelsey and our coaching crew for keeping everyone active and engaged this summer - we had a fantastic turnout with our trainings and the coaches loved seeing the kids and connecting every week.

Lastly, we want to thank you - our members - for your patience through this process of registering and rostering. Like everything this year, we were all presented with something new and uncertain and with your help we were able to get through each of the three phases successfully! The Board and hockey directorate want to thank everyone for your continued support.

Please have a safe rest of your summer and keep an eye out for more information as we get closer to the season’s start.

GO NAVY!
